This is an interior refurbishing project for an existed ordinary old-fashioned apartment located on Yuyuan Rd, Shanghai. It aims to refurbish the apartment into a stylish fashion living space with multi-functions for modern urbanites. To satisfy urban white-collar tenants’ working and social needs in a small apartment, the design creates a variety of changes in the overall layout, furnishing and soft decoration. The project well integrates the minimalist elegance from modern Nordic Style with a sense of low key and solace from the Morandi colors. Additionally, as the spatial layout is already clearly defined at first, the exquisite detail design adds some graceful aura into the apartment’s living style.
